Refund & Return Policy – ANORA

We want you to love your purchase from ANORA.
If you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns

Due to the nature of international fulfillment, we currently accept returns only for defective or damaged items.

To request a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with:

  • Order number

  • Photos/video of the issue

If approved, we will provide instructions for the return or replacement.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted in the following cases:

  • Item arrived damaged or incorrect

  • Item never arrived (after 45 days from shipment)

  • Major defect verified by our team

Refunds are not eligible for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Delays within the estimated delivery window

  • Items marked as delivered by the carrier

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase only, as we begin processing immediately.

Lost Packages

If a package is marked as “Delivered” but not received, please check with neighbors or local carriers.
We do not refund orders marked as delivered.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–30 business days to your original payment method.
